Zooming To Extent Upon Load?

Hi Terriajs Gurus,

All is well with my MVT loading etc. However, the ideal zoom is grayed out on the workbench and, at times, a user must zoom in before tiles become available. I am hoping to get it to zoom extent when layer is loaded.

Anyone see any issues? Your help, as always, is greatly appreciated.
