"Failed to show the data preview for EI Explorer all sites file 1 of 3  Waited more than 15 minutes (it takes less than two minutes to load in the existing viewer).  Other EI EXplorer files (e.g. surface water level and discharge sites) also failed to load the sites in the data preview."

This might be because we don't support IE anylonger?

It was tested on Chrome before which was not successful.
(Oct 21 update) It is working now after a few minutes of loading. Thank you. (Tested on Edge and Chrome)
