用户 logo 应当算是一般敏感信息，不适合在 login 的 get-user api 直接返回，而且 logo 一般都有数十 kb，容易占用带宽 & 影响性能。

考虑是否提供单独的 logo 获取 API，如 https://bkuser.com/api/v1/open/logo?username=admin 这种？

另外可以考虑下 CDN 加速的需求（目前不是很重要）
