HCM 支持的云资源类型是否能进行扩展？ #836

通过查阅 adaptor 下的云厂商源码，注意到 hcm 支持的云资源主要是 VM 相关的资源（例如 NIC, DISK 等），但是不包含 MySQL, Redis, Mongo, CDN, PrivateDNS 这些资源。是否可以扩展对这些资源的支持？如果可以，有哪些推荐的标准实践方法？
