问题描述

为什么我在3.10.x版本上可以使用事件订阅功能。
但是升级到了3.11.1 上面没有了事件订阅的功能，我看event server 是存在于后端服务的。

重现方法

打开3.11.1的面板找不到事件订阅。

事件订阅在3.10版本已经下线了，替换成了一种基于拉取机制的事件watch服务，参见该文档：#5308
