To make people aware of the best practices regarding XLIFF, those should be shipped also with EXT:mask (or mask_exporter)

  • resname: duplicate attribute id
  • original: path to file

See https://github.com/TYPO3/TYPO3.CMS/blob/master/typo3/sysext/about/Resources/Private/Language/Modules/about.xlf for example

Looks like this is only needed for mask_exporter.
