这是用来检测软件更新的吗？我看这里面有个华为手机助手的检测，请问它能获得其所有历史版本吗？

用来检测软件更新，辅助向WinGet提交新版本的。
可以看看https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/tree/master/manifests/h/Huawei/HiSuite和https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/pulls?q=is%3Apr+HiSuite有没有需要的历史版本。
