Describe your issue

When I try to install laravel excel based on your documentation, it got an error when i try to run :
php artisan vendor:publish --provider="Maatwebsite\Excel\ExcelServiceProvider" --tag=config

How can the issue be reproduced?

What should be the expected behaviour?
