How to reproduce

At least when using the attached model, but definitely not only with this model: set top surface layer width to 80% or less and use variable layer height (0.28 / 2), and try to slice it. I get an error, reproducibly. Workaround is to increase top surface layer width or not use variable layer height.

Expected results

The model should be sliced normally even at the mentioned settings, which are in a healthy range.
