How to update the printer profile?

I have some custom changes to my printer profile (nozzle size, timelapse gcode, ...) that I saved as a custom one. And since I created it, there were some PRs with changes to the stock profile. I can't keep track of all changes in Orca and I want to use the updated profile with my changes.

How to do it? How do I update my printer profile without losing the changes I made? I don't remember everything I changed.
