total_layer_count reporting wrong number?

So I'm using the following line in my layer change g-code:
M117 Layer {layer_num + 1}/[total_layer_count]

And noticed something a bit strange. The total_layer_count variable is always the actual layer height + 1.

Is this a bug or am I missing something? Thanks!

This seems to only be a thing for this model for some reason... So I guess it's something faulty with the model, thanks!
