so i find out theres a factory reset option in the printer menu. used it fixed the sizing issue. so anyone else having similar problem: one of the mentioned slicer overwrite the settings file on the printer. assumption: since i have no idea how to buzz around said settings. |

sooooo, fiddling around bambolab studio, i find some fancy settings i would like to play on my ender3. since cura slicer dont have those options i was browsing about different slicers. find ankermake studio and your orca slicer a bit later. installed them for a quick look. but BLS and AMS do not supports third party printers. orca does. still had some issue starting my first print with orca, i jumped back to cura. then this weird thing happened. the printing bed size shrunk by 10ish %. as the linked pictures show i positioned the model in the top right corner but on the photo you can see the model is a bit closer to the middle not in the very corner. anything i try to print i must resize to 114% so the screw holes, nut holes match in size.
now im not here to sprinkle blame around. my question is to the backend devs: can you imagine a scenario why this happens? also can you think up a fix and transcribe it in ELI5?
thanks in advance
