Given this current UI, we can make this more intuitive.
The 'Open Talent Slot' should be clickable and open a modal that just lets you select a Tier 1 talent. Then once it's added, the UI should look like this:
Now in Tier 2, we can pick a new talent (since it's 'supported' by enough Tier 1s) and that should open the same modal, but limited to Tier 2s.
This should keep going all the way down.
But how do I remove a talent?
Maybe put an X on them, and pop a 'are you sure?' modal? Then give a warning when the talents are invalid because you've removed too many lower level ones?
