iOS not work when app is killed

Hi there,

I configure all the example steps on my app and works correctly when app is open, but when the app is killed it does not open again.

Any suggestion to fix this problem?

I have the same problem. My app doesn't crash, but it's also not receiving the file.

If the app is open then it works

me too ,I can't receive file after app killed,it only worked if the app is open.
