Account Activation URL #275
Comments
@jamiemtdwyer This was a comment I left here about 4-5 months ago. I want to know if it's even worth it for me to submit pull request for this or not? I'm not sure to what frequency this library is maintained. Don't mean that in a negative way, just want to help the library move forward. Thanks. |
Hey @dave4jr – sorry for the delayed response (I also missed your comment on the other issue :(). Currently this repo is in maintenance mode, and not maintained very actively. If you want to draft the PR, I'd be happy to merge it in. Otherwise, I can try to do the work as time permits. Cheers! |
@jamiemtdwyer so what's the deal with maintenance mode. Did Shopify dropped support for it? is there another python package we can use? |
Is there any update on this issue? |
Hey guys, are we able to generate an account activation url with this library or no? The functionality is virtually the same as sending an account activation invite, which we do have functionality for so I was curious if this was an intended design choice? See documentation below:
https://help.shopify.com/en/api/reference/customers/customer#account_activation_url
I can submit a pull request to add this to the customer resource similar to the send_invite() function, but wanted to make sure this wasn't intentional first or that I wasn't just missing this. Thanks guys!
