[BUG] Landing page looks off on small screens

Summary

The first div on the landing page looks offset to the right and from the top on small screens (phones), leaving a rather wide white gutter to the left and an odd gap from the navbar.

Steps to Reproduce

Visit the DMMapp homepage with any phone. Vertical view.

Expected Result

The div should be properly cantered and there should be less distance from the navbar.

Actual Result

The div is offset to the right.
