Keys detection

For some reason I can not get hactool to accept prod.keys. I confirm they are the latest and up to date but no matter what I try, it will not work. From compatibility to changing hactool versions, or even prod.keys respective to multiple HOS 16.0.0-18.1.0. all fail. My goal is to unpack forwarders before I can rebuild NSP. But it is impossible if I can not extract in the first place. My system is on Windows 11 64Bit
