Regarding OntoNotes, I cannot provide the dataset files since it is covered by license, but you can ask for access at the following link: https://catalog.ldc.upenn.edu/LDC2013T19

While the other datasets can be found online here:

they usually require some heavy preprocessing to obtain the OntoNotes-like jsonlines ready-to-use version.

N.B. for PreCo, to be comparable with previous models, we use the dev for testing and the last 500 training samples for validation.
