A small islet of Sovereign Island in County Cork is incorrectly assigned to H3 West Cork and not H4 East Cork. See map below (it's just possible to make out the brighter purple/pink which has accidentally been included in West Cork). Located in tetrad W64W at around W689489.

Showing tetrads by VC highlights such anomalies: there may well be others.
