VCH3 Bull Rock missing

There are a couple of islands W of Tilickafina that are missing from the West Cork shapefile

I've not yet found a good source for the missing outlines.

Bull Rock and The Cow are present on the boundary on OSM. Really quick fix: Run this query http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/xO7and download as geojson (in WGS84).

Alternatively can just do a branch with this in.

Created branch h3-bull-island-fix (sorry for name). You can check the coverage visually with the geojson. Do let me know how this works for you: as fixing VCs individually is not too bad compared to the need to create a new full set.
