Implement Wifi-support

One could wonder why this of all techs has been put on the back burner.
The reason is that it could be considered being preferred if Robusto could stay out of WiFi and rely on ESP-NOW, LoRa and wired communication, as that as long as possible would put it out of reach of the default WiFi wardriving tools, and also, by choosing some odd channels, not be as affected by problems in such networks.

At some point it must be added for interaction purposes, though.
