Allow for editable text cursor color change

Hey,

I like your package a lot.

Can you please add support for changing cursor related styles in editable text such as color, ... etc.
The current default color is always black, which can't be seen if the app is using a dark theme.

This should be implemented. I dont have that much time to work on this package atm, but if you open a pull request which implements this feature i will most likely accept it
