PUT INCONSISTENT MINING LEVELS HERE #546
Comments
Various blocks currently have different mining levels from what they are supposed to have or would make sense after the mining level overhaul made for 3.0. These have to be tackled on a case by case basis. |
100% my fault. I didn't realize the mining level rework would cause so many issues. Please report as many mining inconsistencies as you find. |
Diamond Ore (Cave Moss) can be mined without a steel pickaxe. |
Some types of wood have a mining level higher than crude. |
Mining level inconsistencies for ores. Sorry for the wall of text. I'm just putting whatever inconsistencies I find. I haven't gone through all the ores yet. Some of the stuff has been said before. Iron ore should be (crude): Gold ore should be (sturdy): Diamond ore should be (refined): Copper ore should be (crude): Viridium ore should be (masterwork): Tin ore should be (crude): Coal ore should be (crude): Mythril ore should be (masterwork): Emerald ore should be (refined): Silver ore should be (sturdy): Onyx should be (exotic): Lapis lazuli ore should be (sturdy): Redstone ore should be (sturdy): |

Change mine speeds of MalisisDoors doors please. Reinforced metal doors, more fancy metal doors, and giant metal doors shouldn't be broken in nearly a single click as opposed to the vanilla minecraft iron door. The same goes for giant wooden doors, they should take more time to break than average wooden doors. Material and the number of resources and what they are should be considered when creating the break speeds for these doors. |
3.2.1 (possibly earlier too) mining speed inconsistencies |
Describe the bug
The Unfired Crucible requires a refined pickaxe to mine when it should be lower
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: place down a Unfired Crucible and try to mine it with a pickaxe that is less than the refined level and it won't work
Expected behavior
