[BUG] Crafting table texture not loading on launch

Describe the bug

When I first launch the game, crafting tables have missing textures, but only when they're placed down. This is fixed by reloading the resource packs, but only until I launch the game again.

To Reproduce

1. Enter a world
2. Place down a crafting table

Expected behavior

I expected the crafting table texture to load properly.

I've been dealing with this for like a week and it's starting to get annoying. I'm no expert on modding, though, so I don't really know what could cause this.
