Fix viewport sizing for mobile #3

The viewport wasn't sizing correctly on mobile due to something with the Phaser window and I ran out of time before Christmas, so I fixed this the lazy way: https://github.com/RebeccaMahany/white-elephant/blob/main/dist/index.php#L83.

Fix this the correct way, so that the page is responsive on mobile and users can zoom in.
