How to file a helpful issue

Qubes OS release

Qubes 4.1.0 RC1 ISO From Qubes Download page

Brief summary

After selecting "Install Qubes R4.1.0 in basic graphics mode" or "Test this media & install Qubes R4.1.0" from the heads Dialogue Box when trying to do a clean install of Qubes 4.1.0 RC1, This screen shows up.
4 1 boot
After about 1-2 minutes this screen goes away and loads the installer modules and eventually I get to this screen which errors out with "X Startup Failed"
4 1 Error

I believe this is related to this thread in heads #linuxboot/heads#789

Steps to reproduce

Clean Install of Qubes R4.1.0-RC1 from the provided Downloads page ISO "DD" onto a USB Thumb Drive on a thinkpad X230 with Qubes 4.0.4 Currently installed with heads

Expected behavior

Installs correctly without graphical Glitch with no errors.

Actual behavior

Install fails with error as in screenshots above.
