[Feature]: Custom word filter on 3DS and Wii U

What feature do you want to see added?

Currently the Wii U still uses its official Nintendo banlist on Miiverse, not allowing swear words.

For this scope, swearing should be allowed again and all words related to piracy, discrimination and nsfw should be banned. This could help especially on 3DS as it has no filter at all. (If it's not possible client side it can be introduced server side, with maybe error codes explaining that the word is not allowed)

Why do you want to have this feature?

Reducing piracy posts mainly but also reducing posts that can be harmful to others.
