[Enhancement]: Redesign the web UI

What enhancement would you like to see?

Redesign the web UI from scratch. It works right now, but it was very hobbled together. It does not really match the rest of the design from the main website either.

Unfortunately, we don't really have anyone on the team who does professional web design anymore. We used to have jvs, but he has since left the team and is extremely busy with his IRL job. We have Limes still on the team, but they are similarly busy (they are also a skilled web developer, but I don't recall examples of original web design?)

We may need to call someone in and hire a designer for this task. Or at the very least create a consistent design language that we can build off of

Note: We are not explicitly looking for outside contributions here. This issue was made mostly to communicate internal goals and to add this task to the task list. This is part of a much larger goal regarding standardizing our branding and creating a consistent design language across all platforms. This is not about web development, it's about large scale web/brand design

If we were to open this up to outside contributions, this issue will be updated to reflect that
