Describe the current behavior

In new prefect 3.x the toggle in UI to turn of and on deployments has been removed.
I noticed the parameter paused to pause the deployments from running but there is no UI toggle that can enable this amazing feature to turn on/off deployments quickly. Only things is that the deployments go gray.

Describe the proposed behavior

Is it possible to enable it again for my project or is it permanently removed? If removed, is there a specific reason?
