Links to lit-html README and CHANGELOG are incorrectly linked in the "What's Changed" section of the LitElement 3.0 & lit-html 2.0: Early Preview Release blog post.

Please see the READMEs (LitElement, lit-html) and CHANGELOGs (LitElement, lit-html) for the most detailed list of changes.

Expected Result:
User directed to relevant content.

Actual Result:
User receives "404 Page not found" error page.

Steps to Repro:

Navigate to LitElement 3.0 & lit-html 2.0: Early Preview Release blog post
Scroll to "What's Changed"
Click links to lit-html README and CHANGELOG
