Drag and Drop breaks in Designer

Consider you are dragging and dropping a Scaffold element and inside that you will drag and drop the "menu" element. When click on the resize button top fit in available space, it takes full width and height rather than taking the available parent width and Height.

Since Polymer team suggested to use the Chrome Canary, I have tried this in the Chrome Canary Itself.

This issue was not found when I used Polymer 0.5 version. Everything used to work nicely. Now its difficult to prototype!
