App access area

Currently there are two downloadable apps available from planttracer.com, the iOS app (with block matching), and the KLT app for Matlab). The website describes the iOS app in detail, but doesn't otherwise mention the KLT app.

It would be useful to have a more explicit area or page on the site that consolidates and describes the available download and makes set up and operation instructions available as well, along with an obvious place to submit issues.

In addition, this area would provide access to the PAT U-Net ML application, as well.

And provide a framework for additional apps as they are added.

Also, the Plant-Tracer GitHub repositories could be introduced, linked and explained here.
