Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Anti-Phishing Discord bot ("the Bot") provided by Glowstudent ("the Owner"). By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms.

User Eligibility: There are no specific eligibility requirements to use the Bot. However, you must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Privacy Policy: The Bot collects and stores User IDs and Guild IDs. Any data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here, https://github.com/Phish-Net/Legal-Documents/blob/main/privacy_policy.md.

Termination: The Owner reserves the right to terminate your use of the Bot if misuse is detected, which may include blacklisting you from using the Bot.

Liabilities: The Owner disclaims any responsibility for damages or legal actions resulting from the use of the Bot. Users are responsible for their own actions while using the Bot.

Updates and Changes: Updates and changes to the Bot will be announced in our Discord Server.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of disputes or issues, a ticketing system in our Discord Server will be used for resolution.

Indemnification: Users are responsible for any damages or legal actions arising from their use of the Bot.

Intellectual Property: The Bot does not create or claim ownership of any content. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to user-generated content, remain with their respective owners.

By using the Bot, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must cease using the Bot.

The Owner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
