It seems like you have added most of the issues already, so we don't want to nag you.

We found that the biggest issues are:
The long response times (Multiple pages should be able to fix this).
The Blazor default page that shows. (Also seems to be preventing people from seeing the timeline without being logged in.)
Individual timelines for each user seems to be missing, or inaccessible.

ah yeah, I didn't really think about the fact the timeline should be accessible without a login.
