Can't integrate library via SPM if no tag is added. #377

In order to be able to integrate PopupDialog via SPM a release must be created with a tag.
Last tag pushed was October/2019 and aparently SPM was added in 2021.

Anything about this issue ? Its almost one years since this issue opened
