Ensure cohort metadata is in cohort registry sheet, including google_drive_folder, cohort_name_long
Creating a repo creates local folder with README.Rmd
When README.Rmd opens (in RStudio), add new cohort_name to yaml
Knit/preview README.Rmd to convert to .md
push or upload README.md and horst-champions-trailhead.pngto repo OR should we be pushing whole local repo folder?
