Julie and Nancy Maron are making a first draft that we'll share with co-authors. Plan to post in August

@stefaniebutland , Nancy Maron and I worked on the blog draft more and asked co-authors to add to this week so we could post on Monday Sept 16

Decided to hold on this; will revisit after DC / for the AGU talk in December.
