While testing Dashboard 2, an issue was noticed with how live data streams from HydroVu are being loaded. The data appears to lag behind by 5 minutes.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open Dashboard 2.
Set the data source to HydroVu's live streaming option.
Wait for the data to refresh.
Compare the timestamps in the dashboard to the actual live stream.
Expected Behavior: The dashboard should display real-time data with no lag
Actual Behavior: There is a 5-minute delay before the data appears in the dashboard.
