Describe the bug
Model and dataset relation did not created by update relation of repo card in readme

Environment
CSGHub Version: latest
OS: Linux
Hardware: 2c4G
Launch: docker compose and helm chart

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to a dataset repo file list
Click on file list tab
Update readme.md and update Models: <model_id>, then save readme.md file.
go to dataset repo detail page, did not found model defined in dataset's readme.md in relationship of dataset.

Expected behavior
A relationship for model and dataset should be built.
