The USB camera driver which utilizes pygame (rather than fswebcam) has been modified to allow removal of 'lsof' as a requirement. The driver should now capture to one directory, and moves the image file into the directory where the IoTManager is watching for them once the capture is completed (and the file is closed). This new behavior should be thoroughly tested.
