When using tool like act to test workflow locally, it may stuck waiting for the node to start because act use the local docker host which might have an existing nitro volume(s). This also mean that you cannot test workflow jobs in parallel because they will be using the same host which will conflict with each other.

Adding this branch to temporarily workaround the issue by piping in yes
