Currently we're using https://github.com/MartijnHols/actions-cache/blob/main/check/action.yml which uses node 16
we're moving our repos to node 18 and should update ci accordingly

Vercel is disabling node v16 on 15 August

16.x (deprecated, will be disabled on August 15th 2023)
