feature: cronjob for Issue check #72

Currently, issues are only visible when only one 'part' from module is open / in use.
An additional periodical check whoul be nice.
This check should work without any action inside the BE.
An Email with the results (only negative results, or positive too - as an option) should send to the shopowner or an other person.

ok, there is a default cronjob that can be used, but as far I know it is not enabled in all installations, so we would need some documentation how to use to use that feature

What du you mean with 'default cronjob'?

I agree. If there is a cronjob, a documentation is necessary.

About #73, for cronjob i also prefer a scan - do documentate an issue.

Per default / or an option - it can also be possible to fix it.
