I would format all the library with the SciML style. We currently have the CI running for formatting, which of course is not currently being enforced.

I would like to find a way of doing this automatically without having to see the CI report and change line by line. I know VSCode has some default document formatter, but I imagine this differs from the SciML in a few places.
