In order to compile the latex pdf file (currently automated in the Makefile), we need to have some packages present in our machine (for example, some basic latex support and reference manager). What is the best way of setup this for all users? I am also having problems running the latex compulation in the JMTE JupyterHub, and sudo commands don't work there so I am not even able to manually install the missing requirements.
