a conversion mechanism for 2.x to 3.x JSON #166

if we go ahead with the UI change we need to have a conversion mechanism for existing 2.x EZ Designer files to convert into 3.x JSON

ideally this would be in the UI.

The import could have an error log to log

any lines with incompatible queries
any lines with functions no longer supported in the new version
