Generelt UI:
Side under /admin/oppmote
Liste over alle bedpresser. Admin/bruker kan klikke seg inn på relevant bedpress og få liste over deltakere og checkbox med oppmøte.

Krav:
Kunne registrere oppmøte
Enkelt UI med checkboxes som fungerer på mobil

Foretrukket:
Støtte for rettigheter pr bedpres
Støtte for prikksystem
