Then, I compared the simulation results from this Linux version and another simulation output on my Windows machine with exactly the same .idf and .epw file. I found there is a couple of mismatches. One is as below. The heat reject of these two simulations are opposite to each other.
I wonder if this is reasonable or if there is something wrong. Any help will be appreciated.
