[5pt] new "hand" phrase instead of "fim" in wiki and readme

Now that we are transitioning from using phrase "fim" in output folder, such as "hand_4_5_8_0", we will need to update some of our git documentation, such as the wiki, readme and others? I think that is the only place we are going to rename, just the public facing outputs.
