Use ultrabook like Yoga Lenovo Pro 2, Pro 3 or Surface Pro 3
Install .NET Micro Framework SDK
Open Visual Studio and Create a Micro .NET Console Application
Right click on VS Project and Click on Properties to setup the Emulator
The labels and dropdowns look all out of alignment
